1. PRE-DESIGN
Understand the vision - develop the game plan, budget and schedule
Evaluate the scope, budget, schedule, and assess all risks
2. DESIGN
design and construction drawings
Conduct a thorough page turn of construction drawings ensuring value engineering and accuracy of drawings.
3. MANAGE
Manage General contractor, architect and all consultants
Draft all contracts after competitive bids for all vendors and consultants. Assure project is ready for construction commencement
4. BUILD
commence and manage all aspects of construction
Maintain schedule and budget. Inspect all stages of construction and due diligence to project closeout
