Albert B-Ayvazyan serves as the President of the company and brings an extensive background in large-scale development and construction management. Over the course of his career, he has led and overseen projects totaling more than $400 million across a wide range of sectors and building types. Mr. Ayvazyan holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, providing a strong technical and strategic foundation for his leadership approach.

Mr. Ayvazyan’s professional experience includes engineering, inspections, and comprehensive project management, resulting in significant enhancements and successful project delivery across the country. His portfolio includes ground-up restaurants, tenant improvements, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and photovoltaic installations. He has managed projects for clients in diverse industries such as entertainment and media, Asian banking, European banking, European automotive, retail, and telecommunications.
